What to Expect at Your Appointment

Any kind of medical appointment can make you feel a little bit nervous, especially if it's your first one.

We want to put your mind at ease; it's our goal to help you have the best experience possible during the whole process, from the moment we meet you until we say goodbye at the end of the visit!

So, what exactly happens at a foot health appointment?

​

Whether your appointment is a home visit, at work, or if you are coming to our clinic, we will start out with a brief and friendly 

consultation to assess your needs. This will include gaining a few details about your medical history. 

​

Following this, we will make an assessment of your feet by looking at your feet and noting any particular details that will help us look after your feet in the best way possible. We note everything down on your own personal record card, which we keep in our files and which remains confidential, and is updated each time we provide you with treatment.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We want to assure all those using our services that we are continuously mindful of the ongoing presence of Covid-19, and are taking the relevant precautions.

These include the following:

  • Wearing a clean face when this is requested or appropriate to do so*

​

  • Wearing additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as and when necessary​

​

  • Washing our hands regularly, especially between appointments

​

* Wearing of face masks is no longer mandatory, although we will respect both the preferences of our clients who prefer mask wearing, as well as any clients who are vulnerable due to such things as their health.
